Her Salted Caramel Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Pancakes were a delicious treat for our Sixthman taste-testers and we look forward to featuring them in the Garden Café on board! Mary & Nanette's Salted Caramel Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Pancakes
1 1/2 cups of All-Purpose Flour
3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 cups of Milk
3 Tbsp melted Butter
2 medium ripe Bananas - mashed
3/4 cup toasted Walnuts - chopped
1/2 cup of Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Salted Caramel Sauce - warm
1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl and then add wet ingredients to mixture.
2. Mix well until smooth.
3. Pour 1/4 cup of mix on a hot griddle and flip when TOP is bubbly.
4. Drizzle warm caramel sauce on top of each pancake.
Optional: top with extra nuts, sliced banana, and/or whipped cream.
